Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Business Development & Client Success Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and converting them into long-term Techamana clients. This role also includes managing freelance candidate assessments and interviews to ensure only the best talent is presented to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and build a pipeline of companies and decision-makers who are hiring freelance talent.
  • Client Outreach: Proactively and persistently reach out via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other platforms to convert leads into paying clients.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Candidate Management: Review freelancer profiles, coordinate assessments, schedule interviews, and assist in shortlisting top candidates for clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and hiring outcomes.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position Techamana effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills (American accent strongly preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, client success, or recruiting.
  • Exceptional persistence and resilience in pursuing leads.
  • Ability to work 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST without exception.
  • Stable internet connection and a high-quality webcam for video calls.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
  • Prior experience with freelance marketplaces, staffing, or recruiting agencies is a plus.
