We are currently expanding our outreach operations and are seeking five high-energy, results-driven individuals to join our growth team in Karachi.

The Role:
This is an entry-level Business Development and Outreach position. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing high-value contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and initiating contact with high-value B2B clients and international organizations.
• Presenting and pitching Veronit’s strategic branding and digital marketing services to decision-makers.
• Managing the sales pipeline and maintaining professional relationships from initial outreach to close.
• Conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities in the digital media space.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Exceptional Communication: You must possess high-level English communication skills (both verbal and written). You must be able to draft professional proposals and command a phone call with CEOs and directors.
• The Hunger: You are a proactive "closer" who finds opportunities rather than waiting for instructions.
• Ambition: You have an interest in how global business, media, and diplomacy intersect.
• Grit: Previous sales experience is a plus, but a high-performance mindset and resilience are mandatory.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Allowance: 6,000 PKR / month (Travel and Internet stipend).
• Commission: 20% on every deal closed. (High-performers can earn 90,000+ PKR per month based on performance).
