Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Align project requirements with business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Engage in pre-sales activities by understanding and addressing client needs.
- Actively participate across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Manage client relationships and internal communication.
- Identify and mitigate project risks early.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
- Track and report project performance to management


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst in the IT sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes and documentation standards.
