Role: The Brand Associate is the voice and "shopkeeper" of Chiragh. This role is responsible for our digital growth (YouTube SEO, Social Media) and the end-to-end management of the B2C game sales pipeline (fulfillment and customer happiness).
Salary: PKR 60,000 – 80,000 (fresh to 1 year of experience)
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in media sciences or equivalent from KSBL, IoBM, Iqra, SZABIST, KU, KSA, NCA, IVS or Habib University
Experience Required: 0–1 years. We are looking for a high-energy individual with a passion for digital storytelling, SEO, and community management. Experience with YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and basic e-commerce logistics is a plus.

Travel Clause: Occasional travel across Pakistan for Chiragh Bardar pilots and activations.

Core Responsibilities
1. Digital Content & YouTube Management (40% of Workload)
- YouTube SEO: Oversee long-form and short-form uploads. Use tools like VidIQ and Google Trends to optimize titles, descriptions, and tags to achieve a benchmark CTR of 6%+.
- Content Scheduling: Ensure a consistent output (e.g., 4 long videos and 4 shorts per week).
- Community Management: Manage DMs, stories, and comments across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Populate and grow the TikTok account.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly digital performance reports analyzing organic growth and ad spend efficiency.
2. B2C E-commerce & Logistics (30% of Workload)
- Order Fulfillment: Manage the e-commerce portal on the website. Contact customers via WhatsApp, confirm orders, pack games, and coordinate pickups with logistics partners (e.g., TCS).
- Customer Success: Follow up with customers post-delivery to collect feedback and encourage User-Generated Content (UGC) like photos and videos of children playing.
- Inventory Tracking: Maintain the "Games Sales Tracker" and ensure inventory levels are updated accurately after every shipment.
3. PR, Website & Activations (20% of Workload)
- PR & Outreach: Reach out to "Mom-fluencers," educational bloggers, and media outlets to get Chiragh featured.
- Website Maintenance: Update website stats monthly and maintain the WordPress shop. Redirect "Contact Us" queries to the relevant team members.
- Stalls & Events: Represent Chiragh at school fairs and public activations (occasionally on weekends).
4. Creative & Sales Support (10% of Workload)
- Creative Briefing: Direct the Product & Creative Lead to design social media assets, banners, and marketing pamphlets.
- Sales Support: Accompany the CEO to B2B sales meetings to take notes and assist in preparing pitch decks.
