1. Transaction Processing
Supervise counter services and daily transactions (cash, cheques, account openings, etc.).
Ensure accurate processing, reconciliation, and report checking.
2. Service Delivery
Manage customer flow and counter efficiency.
Resolve customer issues and coordinate with sales/service teams.
3. Risk & Control
Monitor and improve internal controls.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, SBP guidelines, and dual control protocols.
Custodian of keys, security items, and branch documentation.
4. Cash Management
Maintain cash within approved limits.
Reconcile cash manually and with system balances.
Ensure timely disposal of excess cash.
5. Compliance & Audit
Support AML/KYC processes and ensure SOP adherence.
Report frauds, policy deviations, and regulatory breaches.
Timely audit rectifications and report submissions.
6. Staff Management
Supervise, coach, and evaluate team performance.
Ensure timely reporting and expense documentation.
Train staff and drive productivity improvements.
7. Administration
Maintain cost efficiency and branch infrastructure.
Act as Branch Security Officer and BM backup.
Handle tasks assigned by management.
