Bike Technician

Tecno Group seeks a skilled Bike Technician with at least one year of hands-on experience in mechanical repair. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of bike mechanics and the ability to perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service to customers. The technician does not manage a team but plays a critical role in ensuring the operational safety and performance of bicycles. The Bike Technician works closely with other support staff to deliver effective repair solutions and maintain a clean and organized work environment. This position demands practical technical skills in mechanical repair and a methodical approach to solving problems. Candidates should be ready to handle a variety of bicycle types and models with precision and care.
Responsibilities
 

• Perform detailed mechanical repairs and regular maintenance on bicycles.
• Diagnose issues related to bicycle components and identify the best course of action.
• Adjust and fine-tune bicycles for optimal performance and safety.
• Inspect bikes to identify wear and tear and recommend parts replacement when necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on each bicycle.
• Communicate clearly with customers about the condition of their bicycles and required repairs.
• Stay updated on new tools and bicycle technologies to enhance repair techniques.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all repair tasks.
