· Operating, maintaining, and managing audio‑visual equipment in government institutions. The role supports official meetings, conferences, training sessions, and events by ensuring smooth functioning of sound, video, and projection systems.
· Operate audio‑visual equipment including projectors, sound systems, microphones, and video conferencing tools.
· Set up and manage multimedia presentations during official meetings and events.
· Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of AV equipment.
· Record proceedings of meetings, conferences, and training sessions when required.
· Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to audio and video systems.
· Maintain inventory and usage records of AV equipment.
· Coordinate with IT and administrative staff for smooth execution of events.
Perform any additional duties assigned by competent authority.
