Maintenance and troubleshooting for the lab hardware and software malfunctions.
Providing technical support to students and teachers in use of computers during lab sessions.
Conducting online admissions tests, teacher evaluation sessions, seminars, Workshops, installing required software, and troubleshooting related problems.
Monitoring activities of students in lab and enforcing all rules concerning the use of the labs to ensure the physical and environmental safety of students.
Providing solutions for hardware, software, LAN, user account, ZAB Desk password, and virus security-related problems to SZABIST employees and classroom PCs.
Providing technical support to employees, faculty, and students in resetting their passwords for user accounts whenever required.
Participating in university advancement activities, i.e., orientation, convocation, conference,s etc.
