Assistant Manager

Role and Responsibilities:

• The Assistant Manager (AM) IT role is established to strengthen the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems integration, and digital transformation initiatives.
• The incumbent will ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT systems while supporting ERP implementation, software development, process automation, and the deployment of digital solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills

Required Qualifications & Competencies

Education

• BSC in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in IT systems, networking, ERP support, and software development

Technical Expertise

• Network administration (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs)
• ERP implementation and system integration
• Microsoft 365 administration and tools (Advance Excel, Word, SharePoint and Power Platform)
• Database management (SQL or similar relational databases)
• Software development and customization (JavaScript, C# ,.NET, Python or any developing language.
• Web hosting and DNS management (GoDaddy or SSL installations)
• Software/Hardware installation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
