Assistant HVAC Technician

We are seeking an Assistant HVAC Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems. You'll assist senior techs on job sites, handle basic tasks, and ensure tools and equipment are ready and safe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems and equipment
• Support diagnostics and troubleshooting under supervision
• Clean, adjust, and calibrate system components
• Maintain tools and work areas in a clean, safe condition
• Follow all company and safety guidelines
• Record maintenance and service data accurately

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and tools is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Physically able to lift equipment and work in various environments
• Willingness to learn and grow in the HVAC trade
