Qualification:

  • Intermediate

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience as a Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Type correspondence, reports and other documents.
  • Maintain office files.
  • Open and distribute the mail.
  • Distribute minutes.
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment.
  • Maintain confidential records and files.
  • Maintain records of decisions.
  • Prepare documents and reports on the computer.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Respond the telephonic call.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization and dispatch outgoing mail.
