We are looking for an experienced Amazon Account Expert to help establish and manage our Amazon presence from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing our Amazon seller account, uploading and optimizing product listings, handling customer and prospect interactions, and ensuring ongoing account health and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure our Amazon Seller Central account
  • List, update, and maintain products with optimized content
  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage feedback
  • Monitor account performance and resolve issues proactively
  • Develop and execute basic marketing strategies to grow sales (PPC, deals, promotions)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Seller Central, listing best practices, and Amazon policies
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Marketing experience on Amazon is highly desirable
