Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated AI / Prompt Engineer to design, develop, and optimize prompts and workflows for Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and data teams to create effective AI-powered solutions that improve productivity, automate processes, and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilitie

s• Design, test, and refine prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, and other AI platforms

.• Develop prompt libraries, templates, and best practices for various business use cases

.• Analyze AI-generated outputs and continuously optimize prompt performance for accuracy, relevance, and consistency

.• Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions

.• Create AI workflows, automation processes, and conversational experiences

.• Conduct prompt testing, evaluation, and quality assurance activities

.• Document prompt engineering methodologies, standards, and user guidelines

.• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, trends, and industry best practices

.• Support AI adoption initiatives through training, demonstrations, and user enablement programs

.• Work with developers and data scientists to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications

.• Ensure AI solutions comply with organizational security, privacy, and ethical AI standards

Required Qualificatio

ns• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related fiel

d.• 1–3+ years of experience working with AI tools, chatbots, automation platforms, or prompt engineerin

g.• Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP

).• Experience with AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tool

s.• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
