AI Chatbot Integration Expert - WordPress

We are seeking a skilled developer to integrate an AI Chatbot Integration Expert - WordPress to enhance visitor engagement, streamline lead capture, and improve user experience.

The core requirement is a functional, professional chatbot that:

Engages visitors with pre-defined conversational flows

Collects lead information (name, email, inquiry type)

Automatically sends collected data into our GoHighLevel CRM via API, webhook, or automation tools (Zapier/Make)

If the developer is also capable of implementing a realistic, human-like video avatar chatbot, an additional bonus will be provided.

Core Requirements

Chatbot Features:

Appear as a floating button, pop-up, or embedded widget

Initiate conversation with website visitors and handle basic real estate inquiries (e.g., buying property, booking appraisals)

Collect and validate user details (name, email, inquiry type)

Integrate lead capture directly with GoHighLevel CRM

Ensure smooth performance across desktop and mobile devices

Lightweight implementation that does not impact site speed

Optional: Video Avatar Chatbot (Bonus Feature)

Implement a visual AI avatar using a provided photo and voice sample

Avatar should speak naturally, engage users with scripted responses, and maintain the same lead capture process

Additional compensation will be offered if the video chatbot is well-integrated and optimized

Candidate Requirements

Experience building or integrating web-based chatbots

Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM or related platforms (Zapier, Make, API workflows)

Optional: Experience with video avatar tools (D-ID, HeyGen, Synthesia, DeepBrain)

Strong understanding of mobile responsiveness and user interface design

Ability to deliver cost-effective, high-performance solutions
