Are you passionate about numbers, deadlines, and financial accuracy? We’re looking for a skilled Accounts Executive to support our growing finance team!

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Receivable

• Process vendor bills, payment requests, and employee reimbursements
• Maintain vendor and customer account reconciliations

General Accounting

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software
• Prepare journal entries, ledgers, and monthly closings
• Maintain up-to-date general ledger and assist in trial balance preparation

Banking & Reconciliation

• Handle bank transactions and monitor cash flow
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements
• Assist with fund transfers and online payments

Taxation & Compliance Support

• Assist in preparation and filing of GST, WHT, EOBI, and other returns
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks

MIS Reporting & Documentation

• Generate reports for management: sales, expense, outstanding, and cash flow
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records

Audit Assistance

• Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documentation
• Help implement internal controls and financial policies

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (part qualified ACCA/ICMA) preference
• 1–3 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Quickbooks online, Excel, and basic ERP/accounting software
• Knowledge of GST, SRB, and other statutory requirements
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
